Well, there is some online applications @ Chinese-Tools.com, they are so strong, so niubility.
First one is Pinyin Editor
, click Pinyin Editor to the edit page, and you can find a yellow textbox, when you input ni3 hao3, it will automatically turn to nǐ hǎo.
Another one is Chinese Pronunciation Tool, you can input Chinese character (such as 我爱北京奥运会) directly then click the button pinyin
, the Chinese character with its pinyin will be shown below the yellow textbox, see:
